  I ordered a double big mac trio with a poutine (4 patties not 2) with 2 bacon mc doubles. Messed up my order (big Mac). Get the order fixed and ask for BigMac sauce and she wants to charge me. I spent 20$ for my meal alone and youre going charge me extra for BigMac Sauce?
  
  I have never been charged for BigMac sauce in my lifetime going to McDonalds. This one is much closer for me but its the last time im going back to a McDonald's Franchise PERIOD! Youve lost a longtime customer in general not just at this location. Looks like its Wendys from now on.

  The management of this McDonald's treats their employees like trash, and it shows in the performance of the service. It's clear it isn't the employees fault as it seems like a disastrous mess. through the drive-thru I can hear managers and supervisors talking down to their staff, yelling and cursing like their Gordon Ramsey. There needs to be a huge change if they ever want to be successful. Mitch, who I think is the GM, seems very nice when dealing with customers directly, but turns into a tyrant the moment he thinks no one is looking. Again; there needs to be a complete overhaul if they ever want my business again.

  They took 15 minutes to make my friend 2 Junior chickens. J usually don't mind but when we see a dozen people go through after us and get their stuff it makes for a bad experience
